Clear coat flaking

What's up guys, I haven't been on in awhile so I'm not sure if anyone's made a thread for this yet but about a month and a half ago I started to notice my clear coat on my stock ses rims starting to peel/flake off in different areas on 3 of my 4 rims. I was wondering if this has happened or is happening to anyone else and what you did. (P.S Since my warranty is up I really haven't tried to go into the dealership because I'm pretty sure they wont do anything, but I'm pretty mad this is happening to say the least.)

Yes there have been threads

yes the dealership will take care of it if it's under warranty

yes I just noticed mine started too!

That's ok, if they flake too bad I will buy the gun metal rim paint and go to town. The SES rims I have aren't from my focus, so they might not cover it.

Hi I8yurV8 and A7xschecter6661,

Drop by your dealerships so they can get this documented and inspected. Your service manager will be able to answer any questions about whether or not this is a repair that can be performed under warranty. Touch base with me if you need any additional help.

Thanks!

Crystal
