My first "modification"
new wheels and tires.

Black 17" MOMO Winter 2 wheels.
225/50/17 Cooper RS3-A tires

I know they are winter wheels but they will be my primary tire.

I have already removed the "Focus" and "SE" badges. I will post those later.

i painted the grill that has the chrome 'whiskers' on them. i have officially done away with all the chrome on my car.

Here is the badge removal. I used braided fishing line and then tied 3 knots close together to act as a saw. it worked great, i poured steaming hot water over the badge to warm the sticker and then cut through. there are many ways of doing this. i found that this worked well. i then scraped the sticky stuff off with a plastic gift card and then used WD40 to remove the sticky residue and wiped it down well with a cleaner.

I painted the badge just for the heck of it. I dont plan on putting it back on the car tho.

Cars looking good man. Always nice to see another Sterling Grey build thread! Something tells me the Titanium black headlights are on the list? If not they go so well with our body color.

Speaking of lists; Do you have one of future modifications planned? I know I have one about three miles long!

very nice thread and photos, angles, framing, etc -

Wife just bought a 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback SE.
So, just out of curiousity -
what is different between - 2012 Ford Focus SE Sport MK3 vs 2013 Hatch ?
