You just order the tuner, and send them the info when you plug the tuner in.

Read the beginning of the thread, you can use a code reader at Autozone to get your cal id.

You order a blank tuner it extracts the necessary codes you send them to Injected with the update/manager software you download to you computer. Aric will send your tunes you download them into your device then you upload to your Focus. You can choose witch one you want to upload 87,91 or 93.

Here's a link that explains everything.

If you have the Torque app with the OBD2 Bluetooth you can find the strategy code under CAL ID from the main menu settings also.

DCT has an additional cal ID for teh tranny that Torque does not provide.

Until the DCT tune comes out it isn't needed though

Hey Focus people what's up? Yea I've had the tuner for about a month now. I've been using the 93v1. I have to say my MPG has gone up from average 32 to 37 in the city. I am getting around 43 to 45 highway. I have a little more pep in 1st to 2nd but am noticing
a lot of shaking and bogging between those gears. I'm wondering when is the 93v2 coming and is it worth getting the injected Kool power thermostat? Well peace out everyone... By the way my mods are Magnaflow exhaust, Steeda Cai, and snorkel delete.

I'm having the same 2000 RPM rev after start issue as well on the Rev. 2, 93 octane tune. Other than that, I'm happy.

Is version 2 of the 93 tune available for the public yet or are you a beta tester? (I know how to get it I just thought it was only the v2 91 that was available).

Is this 2000 rpm just at start up until the car is warm where it's suppose to be 1000 rpm or is it sitting at a stop light, randomly spiking to 2000 rpm?

I give you guys credit for getting 32 to 37 in the city. I drive like a grandma, shifting little over 2k and I get 25.5 mpg in the city...Drive aggressive, shifting no earlier than 3000, I get little over 24 mpg.

It seems to occur only when I first start the vehicle. It slowly revs up to 2000 then slowly comes back down. It takes about 6 seconds while it does this and then the car runs normally. Girlfriend gave me a weird look and asked if I was pressing on the gas. lol. not good.

Does not occur at stop lights, but I removed the 93 tune till this is fixed.
