Have you looked at centerlines? Forged wheels. Right now they have a 18x7 for $99.00. I like the rpm & storm wheels myself. 17= 15lbs & 18= 17lbs. Go right to their site.

Yep, went and checked those out but the site listed no prices (I didnt add anything to cart and look there) I know Centerline has a long standing rep for making high quality, lightweight wheels but I must admit I didnt see anything that knocked my socks off.

The whole style of a flat-faced wheel really leaves me kinda blah. I like the curved spokes and the deeper front lip it creates. I guess some of that shows my age and bit of "old school" when deep dish wheels that stayed under the fenders was a cool look.

The more I keep looking at my choices so far, I'm leaning toward the Cruiser Alloy (third wheel I posted)

I ran across these browsing tonight.
17x8 +40 offset Touren TR6

Thought the extra half inch might work better with the 235/45-17 tires

If not these I think I have settled on the Cruiser Alloys. As long as the 8 inch/+40 offset wont cause fender contact issues (no plans to lower) These are about same price.

I bit the bullet this morning and ordered wheels since I wanted have them installed before the Carlisle Ford Nats. I first opted for the Von Max VM1s but they were on back order and would not be filled for 3-4 weeks.

I considered the 17x8 Tourens, but after browsing the aftermarket wheel thread again, I noted one 2012 with 18x8 +45 and those looked to be right on the fenderline. The Tourens were +40 so I feared the rim might stick out about .25inch, so I went with the Cruiser Alloys instead.

At 17x7.5 +42 there should be no fender issues. Looking forward to getting them mounted up and will probably paint my brake calipers during the install (Ford Blue seems fitting)

I also have read pro and con about this wheel sensor programmer that sells for about $40. Since I am planning on keeping the stock wheel/tire set for winter or possible track tire use, would it be wise to pop the $40 to make swaps easier?

Wheels arrived today and they look even better out of the box than the pics did online!
My TPMS sensors also arrived as well as one tire! LOL

The supplier said they were shipping from two different warehouses so I knew this might be the case. The other 3 tires are scheduled to arrived Thursday, then all I'll be waiting for are the hub centric rings and I'll be set.

Very much looking forward to adding pics to the "aftermarket wheel thread!"

No lowering your car, makes wheel offset & tire size wide open.

Not sure on the weight. They came by UPS boxed in pairs and since they have a 50lbs weight limit I would guess 20-21lbs each (minus double box cardboard)
