Should i change clutch with stage 2 cams

now that im all done with the bolt ons, got my wideband today :) im in saving money mode for stage 2 cams. I figure 1300$ installed with parts included. My biggest concern is how long will the stock clutch hold up. Especially if I drop 1300$ and the clutch goes in the next month or so.
Would be nice for someone with stage 2 cams to chime in and let me know what to expect with all that.

I'd roll w/ your oem clutch till you need a replacement. Why change when it still works? When I installed a torsen, I used the stock clutch, paid for it when I bought the car & it still hooks up.

thats the plan, just dont want to end up with a fry'd clutch and another 1000$+ for a replacement.
You went stage 1 cams right? full bolt ons?

Yeah, the crane 224-0010 set. Its a DD & I've been down that road many times w/ v/8's= w/ lots of duration. I was looking at drivablity in bumper to bumper traffic & mid range grunt.

i think im gunna save up a little more than I should just in case the clutch decides to go.
