Sean Hyland Wheels

Hey Guys,

Im looking at buying some Sean Hyland 17" Wheels off of the Kijij.

Question is, these have a 52mm offset. If I end up lowering 1.5" will this cause rubbing with that offset?

The rims have been chemically stripped so im going to try a DIY paint job (after hours and hours of research) which I will post on here once complete.

ANy inputs appreciated!

Thanks

You shouldn't have any issues w/ a 52 offset as svt wheels are 49mm.

Sooo turns out the wheels were in really bad condition, and needed a couple of hundred to repair and paint. I did end up finding a set of stock SVT wheels and rubber though for 350 in almost mint condition! Got a really good deal. Will post pics shortly.

P.s. how about that putt by Scott!!!!

I got an awesome deal...found on Kijiji....after looking for the past month and a half, every day, finally paid off, lol. They are the 5 spokes with a 215/45/17 tire on em....they just need a good clean and perhaps a polish and theyll be ready to go
