Talking Forged internals?

I'm wanting to turbo my focus and wanting to know the best place to get good but semi cheap forged internals. If someone could help that would be great thanks

if no one has already welcomed you, Welcome to FF.

First those two do not go together. That's like saying you want a $1 million house for the price of $200,000. the only way your going to get that is if you find someone selling their stuff at a loss.

you can find people who are selling their parts due to abandoning their build. but the cost of forged internals are about the same across the various manufactures and vendors.

turbo build, how much power? the Zetec can handle about 230ish HP before needing the bottom end built up.

if you dont want the joy of the journey in the engine rebuild, Tom (1turbofocus w/ Focus-Power), can assemble a built bottom end for about the cheapest option out there and will be a strong well made block.

That's what I was thinking. And I'm wanting to build it myself. Could you tell me what stuff you'll need to build a strong motor ?

Look at the many engine builds... that would be the best way. I am working on mine (all be it slow) in the link in my sig. just copy paste. do a search for turbo build and you will get a wide range of different options and methods and lessons learned.

READ A LOT BEFORE YOU START!!!!!!!!! and know how much it is expected to cost. I have $3k into my build and am not even close to being done yet or having a turbo.

You can follow it by subscribing, cant recall if it defaults or not, you can adjust it in the user settings or in the "thread tools" drop down at the top. I have not posted much even though I have been doing side bits such as repairing my bumper and custom dash bezel for gauges. Also did rear brake conversion to the SVT... I should update. but waiting on the C-F-M oil pump before the bottom end is done and I work on the top end.
