Hey guys, I have a question for you people in the know. With getting the stiffer rear motor mount, What other parts am I putting more/excessive stress on, or most likely to fail next? I have a 5psd and would really like to get rid of the wheel hop and the flex that you can feel in the launch, and in the shifts(don't want to take it all away, flex is good) I was thinking steeda then I don't have to pay for custom fees =)

I don't think anyone has even had a stiffer mount on long enough to find any other problems yet. As long as you don't get something too crazy you shouldn't have any problems.

It will put more stress on your other 2 mounts.... but you're not likely to see any sort of sudden failure. More of a long term thing.

Steeda also made a side motor mount for the ST to counter that problem. I'd like to see some for the N/A foci

Mounts are such a strange subject. You have some people complaining by adding more than the RMM, their fillings are chattering out of their head. While others claim "oh you barely notice it, it's just like OEM".

I'm sure the truth lies some where in the middle. However, I think those claiming no vibs are too busy thinking RACECAR.

The problem is definitely perception. What one person likes can be unacceptable to the next. Unfortunately it comes down to having to install and feel it yourself. I have the MS3 RMM, but I'm about ready for it to have inserts...

Unless you get lucky enough to have a local that you can experience the part before purchase.

I have CS inserts in my RMM and I'm feeling like I'd like more than that.
