I havn't decided yet... It seems a few people on youtube use crane, but I don't really like the sound of the engine with them, of course it's hard to say weather or not they tuned them right or increased the idle... I looked into Crowers but it looks like they move your tourqe up much higher, I really like lower end and middle end tourq..., mostly middle end with a decent low end... I'll have to do more re-search I guess...

I have an OBX 4-2-1 header for sale if your interested. I went turbo so its just sitting here now.

I had it modified. They put the o2 bungs on the y pipes thus only readings from 2 cylinders so I had them capped and put new bungs in at the collector thus getting readings from all 4 cylinders.

I also had the EGR bung welded shut so you would need to cap your EGR and get it tuned out of the ECU.

Anyway, if your interested its a good header and I only used it for a year. The header along with CAI and a Tom tune made my car really wake up!

This exhaust sounds perfect for you, CotyM. http://topgearstreet.com/00-04-Ford-...st-System.html I have it in my 2001 zx3. Changed the tip though, because 4" is simply too big for me. It was super easy to install (thread with pics on page 4: http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...87#post4311187), it's quiet until you get on the throttle, and it has an amazing tone. Seemed to make a significant increase in performance in my zx3 too. I cut about a second off of my 0-60, and my milage has improved drastically too. ^wow that's cheap... Sounds good, but I'm guessing your running with your CAT? Since my cat is bad and I don't need it I wont be putting a new one on... So I may need something a bit different... Also what is the diameter of the exhaust?

Yeah, it still has the cat. It's 2.25" inside diameter, and it's made of very thick steel, so the outside diameter is almost 2.5". It's a bit confusing, because some places call it a 2.25" exhaust and others call it a 2.5" exhaust. I think the thick piping might have something to do with why it has such a mellow, bassy tone, even though it just has two glasspacks and no muffler.

Yep! It's got some beastly thickness to the walls. Just about 1/8" thick.
