Engine Code Help

My 2004 Focus SVT has started giving me the following engine codes;
P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control
P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

It's my daily driver and I haven't really been pushing it lately, I have cleared the codes twice now and this is third time that the code has come back. I'm not sure if the issue is with the O2 sensor or the cat, any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Thermostat most likely sticking slightly open, the engine doesn't get fully hot so PCM can't go into closed loop operation.

Forget the O2 code for now, fix stat and the other may be cured too.
