How long to repair?

Hi, I just purchased a new Focus yesterday... only to find out that there is a gouge in the front bumper of the car! The dealership has said they will fix it at no cost, but they also said it would take 5+ days to do and I may get it back on Tuesday. That seems like a long time to me... I was really hoping to have the new car in time to get home for Easter! The picture is below, you can just see the damage at the bottom of the car to the left of the grill... really ruins the whole joy of having just bought a new car, very glad I took pictures before I drove it off the lot!

Does that seem like a normal amount of time to repair that damage?

It takes awhile to remove the parts, also the paint needs to cure at least overnight if not for at least 24 hrs, so given any other work that was needed I can see it easily taking at least 3 days, although that seems to be pushing it. I don't want them to rush the job if the car needs work and end up causing more damage personally.

Well that's a shame, looks like I will be driving a loaner car for the next week then, and hoping it looks acceptable enough to take when they finally finish. I don't understand how they missed it in the supposed cleaning they did before giving it to me. The fact that they had originally stated that it couldn't have possibly happened before leaving the lot since the dealer inspects all the cars, left me questioning myself for a few hours until I could take a look at the pictures I had taken.
