RHD head light are angled toward the left, LHD are angled toward the right.

In other words they are angled away from traffic.

Sometimes there is an adjustment you can make depending on the lights.

From what I understand it's the reflector part of the housing that determines if it's a RHD or LHD light. I don't think that can be changed unless you swap it over with a LHD light from a RHD light, then again if you have that kind of light then why swap any ways? lol Not sure if a stock light could be pilfered for parts.

Iirc reflector lights can't be adjusted but if they are projector based lights then yes. Of course only the projector(low) can be and not the high which is usually still a reflector.

Without getting completely technical, short answer is:

1. Yes they will bolt on to your vehicle and function.
2. They will not focus the light correctly and can cause blindness to oncoming traffic rusulting in a crash from oncomng drivers.
