What do you want to do? The only thing that will hurt your warranty is if that part is directly related to the warranty claim. Read up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act if you really want to know.

Like if you replace your suspension and your alternator goes, that suspension has no cause to the alternator going. If you get a new CAI and your power steering goes out, again no relation.

Now if you get a CAI and you drive into a pond and suck water, hydro-locking your motor, then of course the Ford will say you are out of luck

If your under warranty id start with a cai , and MAYBE a tune . If anything broke though youd have to put the stock tune back

Any aftermarket tune can or will void the warranty. Cat back exhaust are ok, along with the drop in K&N filter and a few of the short style cold air kits.
