80mm throttle body

Found a 80mm throttle body at work and I almost wonder if it'll bolt/plug right up in my focus

Even if it does bolt up and harness fits we would have to tune for the larger TB, since we have electronic throttle bodies. What car is it coming off of?

TB mods and a bigger intake Mani wont do shit without a tune other than throw your driveability off. Of course that's assuming the stock ECU wont make adjustments that far. Who knows though, maybe this mk3 smart ecu is smarter than we think!

I think you should experiment! I know I would have had I not wrecked my NA mk3. Theoretically the IM flange is the same, so aftermarket/stock manifolds should swap, depending on what you need to modify to make it fit.

basically i have a friend with a speed and im trying to get him to get a new intake manifold and throttle body so i can "borrow" his stock ones and throw them on the focus and see how it reacts but if i can find them cheap enough quickly enough ill dish out the cash to be the guinea pig
