red blinking light

ok....i have a blinking red light above the radio....i was wondering what it is....and just to tell you i dont have keyless entry or power anything

it's standard on all Foci, it's just for the passive alarm. and to make it look like it would be a harder car to steal.

Its advertisement for the anti theft system. All foci have a passive antitheft system in that without the PATS key the car wont start so the blinking red light indicates that to would be thieves.

its not an alarm actually. or its not a sound alarm anyways. its supposed to scare car jackers away. unfortunately the insurance companies dont take it into consideration as an anti-theft system. damn them all to hell.

i always thought it was so you could find the hazard button in the dark and if your power is out and you cant turn on your dome light.

aahhhh..i need an alarm system anyways....any of you know of any good ones for a resonable price?....i was going ot get keyless entry but i dont have power door locks so that would be to hard to do

if you get an alarm you need to get one that senses people taking stuff off your car or else your car will be stripped and the alarm wont even go off. it happened to my friends replica SI but it didn't help that he had one of those fake led blinking things in his a pillar.
