Maybe it's just me... Or maybe I was expecting more but those results are on 93 with a steeda CAI and magma flow exhaust and the results seem kind of lackluster...

I mean it's something even though Injected is working on tuning but idk, the results they posed just don't look very good... Maybe I was expecting more or something since some people have dyno'd those numbers without a tune.

Oh and I guess custom tuning for the auto isn't ready yet.

These numbers are just a start. The code is cracked. Now others can get to work on improving this. It's not going to make ST numbers, and that seems to be what people are expecting.

Also if you really read the page, you'll see the "stock" dyno pull is with intake and exhaust on 87 octane and tuned dyno pull is with those same mods, the obvious SCT tune and 93 octane. So those numbers are pretty good.

Those numbers are horrible. I was expecting tosee high 80's to low 90's, I wonder if they kept the 87 in there when they did the 93tune?

I think the "horrible numbers" take on things is coming from comparing the work done by others with bolt ons to the SCT numbers... If one can go from 145-150 stock to 175+ (FocusBoy) with only bolt ons, the expectation is at least that if not more from a tune on an already modified car. Plus the smoke and mirrors they are using in that they are running 93 and a modded car from the get go make it hard to determine what did what. Plus they're not supplying all the data so its just numbers.

Why use 87 octane on the initial pull and then switch to 93. To me that doesn't allow an accurate comparison but rather gives skewed results. I will say I like the increase in power/torque acrossed the rpm range. However, the numbers would be more impressive if it were a mustang dyno. Lets just hope there is still more on the table to gain from the tuning.

I understand where you're coming from Sonic, but not every Focus is going to make the same power from the same mods. They got 160 from I/E on 87. I doubt the switch to 93 alone is going to make even 5hp. Focusboy if I remember correctly is also running a header with no cat.
