Header with straight pipe will be very loud and offer no back pressure. (some back pressure is good) Get an exhaust system or at least a couple of resonators. Don't forget suspension, lightweight flywheel, TB, cams.

header with a straight pipe out the back is going to sound absolutely hideous.

First question: how much do you want to spend?

You can spend $150 to $20k+ on NA mods.

if you just want to stay with "bolt ons", there isn't much else. Intake, throttle body, intake manifold, header, exhaust. That's all of them. For every car. Ever.

Without going into the motor, it's pretty limited.

I already have the intake on and am seeing a big difference from stock considering i also have a straight pipe with stock manifold/cat still on... I just want to have a quick daily thats reliable and with bolt ons i can do that.
