Well, It didnt work out. The car had all sorts of problems, mostly body stuff, the front bumper was missing all the inner support, and fog lights, dont ask me why I didnt notice that one, and it had been cracked, epoxied back together and painted. The passenger door had been removed and put back on wrong/crooked. There was worn spots on the roof from a roof rack that had rusted and just been painted over, all 4 rotors had been turned incorrectly, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly. The rear crossmember was rusted like crazy, and a bunch of other little stuff I would expect on a car with almost 90k miles.

Back to the drawing board. Sucks because theres only 3 of them listed in my state on craigslist, Leaving for Memphis tomorrow (vacation) when I get back theres quite a bit in Seattle and 4 Ive got my eye on. My mind is set on a 3 door EAP not picky on color though I like the blue best.

Thanks man, love my jeep, its got a bunch of stuff on it including full currie steering all 8 adjustable CAs fully adjustable track bars swapped in Dana 44 rear locked and swapped in Np231 t-case with Rustys x-member and full front to rear skids, plus a bunch of other stuff, its at 6" of lift right now and will be getting 35"s after I find an SVT. It has been my DD for over 3 years now, I live close to work right now but in a few weeks im moving so I need a more practical DD. Plus the Jeep needs some work, Rear main seal, oil pan gasket and heater core, all of which will keep it down for months as I find the time to do the repairs.

Even though it looks like you didn't end up with that one.

Tell me what you guys think. I paid 8000 for this car, It has every option available, cold weather, EAP, HID, everything, etc..... 75k miles, straight body, everything is perfect except one thing. It needs a clutch, not bad but it will need one within the next 10k miles. The dealer has agreed to refund me $500 so should I take it or look for another car?

I don't know about Oregon but in Illinois that's way too expensive. They are going for sub 6k around here with no major issues. I just bought mine almost exactly like the one u described but with 119k miles for 4200.
