Ford Focus ST Third Brake Light for 2012 Ford Focus

I have the ST style wing and Ordered the third brake light from Ford and It clips in instead of screws in. I do not have the car today but it Looks wrong.

Also how does the nozzle from the old one hook up to this it has no accommodations for it. Here is the part number i have.

8a8z-13a613-a

The hose just slides right on over the nipple on the lamp in the same manner as the stock lamp.

I got the 8A6Z-13A613-C, Afaik the stock part was rev A, the red ST part/ SE black pack one was 86AZ-13A613-B.

I managed to strip the threads out of one of the screw bosses though and had to hold the lamp in with some glue

You're welcome.

We once went through needing to ask a question about something, so when we can help we try.

What about the hose? did you guys need an extention? I found it barely reached the stock light to the point i broke the clips?

To be honest I'm not sure about the extension, I saw the hose getting slightly trimmed when it was installed the first time with the stock lamp, but since mine was a gift it was installed for me as well. I think the hose may have been routed in such a manner as to not require an extension, but I'm not sure.

When I went to swap the lamp I did not need to change the hose.
