Pretty sure this is the inner/lower tie rod, correct? Snapped on the back roads tonight doing about 75. Was exciting to say the least. It won't allow me any control over my passenger wheel when I turn the steering wheel now. Pretty sure that's the tie rod. Any idea what the price of these things are?

You have a broken sway bar link and tie rod end. Both are cheap parts that should be able to be picked up from any auto parts store. Price all depends on what brand parts you want to get. Shouldn't cost you more than $20-30 for both though.

Awesome. You posted this right as I asked it it was both.

Do different brands make any difference? Any to stay away from?

And how involved of a job is this?

Yeah, from your pictures it looks like both are broke... Moog is a great brand that is well known for suspension related parts. Can't say I really know of any brands to stay away from. And both parts are fairly easy to change.

Not a bad idea. Just the tie rods? Or end links too?

It's recommended to replace these parts in pairs and since the parts are relatively cheap and easy to fix, might as well do both and call it a day.
