thanks for saving it. too many svts get parted out and scrapped for way less damage

also i think this is the first time ive seen a zx3 with rusty 1/4 panels. neat

Yes, my friend who owned the car was METICULOUS about it's care. I have every record of anything done to it since 59k when he got it. Has around 105k on it now. I know timing belt has been done, I'd have to check records to see when, but whatever the recommended is I'm sure it was done then or a little early. Just had a new clutch installed last fall, so as far as mechanics, this thing should be ready to roll!

I know, even the before pictures aren't horrible, but it has a PA rebuilt title, and trying to transfer that to NY isn't worth it to me to go through the salvage inspection process and at the end of the day have a vehicle with a salvage title which significantly reduces it's value. Also, the parts car blew the timing belt so the top end is shot as well. So, I guess I'm guilty of ending the life of one SVT to save another, but I think I made the right choice, lol.

Sometimes have to sacrifice but it seems like a pain in the ass to get it titled
