The Many Uses Of Your Roof Rack

As we all know, roof racks are pretty highly sought after. Some people just use them for looks. And the rest put their racks to use!

Share what you normally haul up there, or something crazy you ended up loading up!Post your bikes, mattresses, what have you. I just like to see them get put to use.

I'm pretty new to the rack game (had mine on less than a month) but so far I've only used it for hauling snow boards. So much nicer having them up top that me cramming them in the back seat/trunk. Have room for passengers in the back now

I will probably take off the snowboard attachment soon but will most likely leave the rack up there. I want to get back into riding, so I'm hoping it motivates me to get some bike trays. I'll keep you guys updated once I start finding more creative uses for the rack

I carry stuff all the time.

I have since gotten a 3rd bike tray for my old-school Diamondback that I am restoring.

no pictures, but the hood for my 47 pick up was one of the bigger items put on mine, closly followed by a waterheater, and lots of steel tubing

What is a good affordable rack. I have looked at the Thune, or thure, i can't remember and it was just to expensive. I just got a mountain bike that i have been using as a fun way to stay in shape. it fits in my car but its a lot of work. i would like a rack for its. thanks guys.
