D23 oil

I just wanted to confirm this is the right thing to do, but on my duratec 23 with 150k on it, should I just use motorcraft synthetic blend, and a motorcraft filter?

Always use motorcraft 910 filter, and a full synthetic 5w20 oil especially at that mileage.

You could use a fl400 or a fl842 for more filter capacity. I like the fl842's.
