Or call your local Ford dealer parts department with the last 8 digits of your VIN and they should tell you. If not PM me your last 8 I know for a fact my parts dept will tell me.

Also I haven't tried it with my Focuses because I've bought all three of them new, but with my wife's used Jeep I went to Chrysler with the VIN and they printed me the whole birth sheet. Date final assembly was checked off, where, how many miles after Quality Check was complete, every single option on it, everything.
Great, an air pump, more stuff to break that would be neat to see that sheet on this car though. So that's really the only way to tell huh? I mean, I think it is pzev after doing some more reading and the fact that it came from Maine. Speaking of which- I spent yesterday sealing some surface rust under the body because of that- and discovered the bumper renforcment is pretty rotted on the edges, I guess from driving in salt and having it get rammed up under there. I know it can be replaced, donyou know if its bolt on or weld on?

@OPsDad- no, not yet. I found the cable at the dealership, but was waiting for more funds :) I just had an out-of-stater put a deposit down on my Omni I was selling, and spent today fixing the hub for him to drive it home, so hopefully next week ill fix it and a few other things. Need to get those reverse lights working.

This stuff called rustbullet. It's amazing, kinda like por-15 but requires less prep work. It comes out silver though so it's obvious I just spot treated under there, eventually ill sand t all use that then proper undercoating.

I did the entire interior of my 92 wrangler I had a while back with rustbullet, then rhino-lined over that. That stuff was untouchable.

I believe the bumper support can be replaced. I just had my bumper off last week, I didmt really look at the support for it though since mine was ok. I'm gonna have to pick up a can of the rustbullet stuff, there's just a few small patches of rust on the frame of the new focus.

Yeah, they had the part listed, just wasn't sure if it was weld on or bolt on. Like $93 is the best price I've found. May just grind it down and treat it- it's just the edges.

Yes! Rustbullet rocks! It really spreadable too, just get the loose stuff off, use two coats cause it micro bubbles, it's sand able so you can use it with any other paint or body filler. Just don't get it in your hair! Or on your nails... itll never come off. Haha, that was my lesson for the week.

EDIT: there was a test someone did, can't remember where on the net. Where they used that next to por-15 and chassis saver. It was the runner up to por-15. Por looked better after a few weeks of freezing and thawing, and being continuously submerged. So, Por's better, but it's also UV sensitive and requires a lot of prep and a top coat. RB doesn't need a top coat or any major prep, so that's why I use it. I figure if my vehicle is frozen and thawed while constantly being submerged, well... I have other problems to worry about :)
