LED mirrors work but.......

I know this has been beat to death. I wired my mirrors to the side markers and they work fine with the blinkers and flashers. The problem is, when I turn on headlights I get nothing. Anyone have detailed pics of the wiring? Or a very specific write-up for wiring. I didn't use all three wires from mirrors. They get power so thats not the problem.

I'm not shure and i havnt hooked up those LED mirrors but what im thinking is that you only connected the LED to the flashers and not the actual side markers... Now the side marker bulb should have 2 wires running to it.. Take the bulb out and with a volt meter see what wire does what...

I spliced into the sidemarkers on both wires, right before the bulb socket.

I'm getting somewhere with them. I got them to work with everything on briefly. Popped the fuse on parking lights. Too cold out right now to mess with wires. I ran the blue and white to the sidemarker and the ground by itself. I'll try again when it's warmer. It's 28 out right now.

Got them working today. I had parking lights and directionals working but one side would just dim slightly instead of blinking. I snipped that wire and stayed with directional only. It's better that way, it would not have matched the color of the other lights. Well maybe the halos but you can't see them head-on anyway. It was definately the ground wire that had me messed up.
