Weird noise when driving after fist turning on car

i have noticed a strange noise coming from my 2009 ford focus zetec, it happens when i first turn my car on then drive about 50 yards then i hear a noise like something grinding or hitting the underneath of my car then it stops. this only happens when i first turn the car on and start driving it. any ideas what could be making this noise? ive only had the car over a month and am worried something is majorly wrong with it

Could be something weird like heatshields under car rattling if it sounds like a light rattle, my much earlier models both do it, and irritating as heck. I've rebent sections of the shield to move the quality of the noise around but it won't totally stop. Only does it in like the first minute of operation, thinking the same motor mount issues that cause other vibrations may contribute to that too since they disappear at about the same time as the mounts warm up. There for a while I'da sworn it was a light rod knock but moving the shields affected it and changed it enough so that it became clear the noise not from the motor per se. At least in my case...............
