Doubt you will get 60 hp from bolt ons. Show me a dyno and I will believe it. You might get 20 from what you mentioned.

Yikes!!!
It starts at just over 21k, but can be optioned out that high. That seems to be Ford's motto these days, start reasonable (compared to class), then allow optioning into questionable levels lol.

And that's where they get people. Loading it down with all those options. Even with the taxes, title and licensing fees my Abarth went out the door at $23,050.50. MSRP on that was $22,700.

Someone else on this forum has an Abarth.... I can't remember who though. I just want the girl from the commercials.

I know about the Fiesta ST, you might as well get the Focus ST, or a slightly used Focus ST.

OH, sorry, I started blending comments together. You have the Chevy RS.

Eh.. I think Chevy can do better with a performance model- really. They probably will next year, and that might be upsetting for you. After a co-worker drove one to work for 2 weeks, I started looking into turbos for the base engine. Surely someone could make a rocket out of it with 1.8 turbo. I'd like to see the Spark with a 1.8 turbo GDI engine, and the magnetorhelological suspension. For that, I'd consider one. It would probably be about the same cost as a Fiesta ST though. Performance ain't cheap.
