Wiring harness help

I have a 2005 focus....recently been having some engine trouble. When I found three plugs on the wiring harness not plugged in.

I know one of them is for the intake runner butterflies.....which I no longer have with the Cosworth intake.

The other two....I dont know if they worked themselves loose or what. Ford has them zip tied to the MAP sensor wiring. One is a plug about the size of the MAF and the other is a small, round, red plug. Both are under the intake.
