What Have You Done To Your PC Today?

New mobo and RAM. Added a 1600 Mhz, 8 Gb/dual channel kit, and a Corsair Pro 650 PSU (modular). I'm happy with it for the time being. Nothing spectacular I know, but new to me :)

CPU: FX4100 4 core
Primary 120 GB SSD, 1 TB secondary.

I grabbed a $600 Lenovo laptop a few months ago with an i5. Threw an SSD HDD in it and another 4 GB of RAM to give it 8... it booted to the login screen in 12 seconds.... it's now 15 seconds, even after a few months. Gotta love SSD.

You've taken the term "reboot" to a whole new level.

I'm not ready to pay the ridiculous prices for SSD just yet. If I'm going to buy a drive, I want space, which means a lot of money in the SSD world.

Yeah, I hear ya there. The only reason I grabbed the SSDs I have is because they went on sale. I grabbed two 120GB drives at $80 a piece about 4 months ago. Still expensive, but cheap for a SSD drive. I put one in my desktop, and the other in my laptop.
