Svtf?

I hear people say SVTF or SVT; is there a difference? If so, what is it?

SVT stand for Special Vehicles Team. When someone says SVTF they are just referring to the SVT Focus as opposed to the SVT Lightning, SVT Cobra, or SVT Contour.

SVTF It's just shorthand for the SVT Focus.

When we say SVT alone, we are also typically referring to the SVT Focus as well, but it can also be referring any any other products made by the SVT team listed above.

it took me a little while to figure that one out when i first started here too. i still prefer just plain old svt, in the context of a site like focus fanatics, its generally pretty easy to figure out we are talking about the focus.

I dont think ive seen anyone really ever use svtl, svtc, svtr ect so it makes svtf seem strange

I've seen Svtc used before but that's about it. It almost feels like we have to differentiate the two oddball Svt's from the rest of the herd. Like an asterisk.
