Not running one is probably the best choice
I have massive's, which is the beefiest of the ones out there, imo. Although any of them will do about the same. The thing is that our strut towers are tied to the firewall/frame, so there isnt as much movement going on there as compared something like a Mustang, where the strut towers sit further from there. I cant say i noticed much of an improvement with daily spirited driving. I bought mine used and got a really good price on it.
If you are looking at better handling I'd suggest: better shocks/springs, wheels/tires, front/rear sway bars and in that order.
