So have you re-checked the cable connections @ the the starter.....and are you sure nothing has been "chewing" on them.....no, seriously

i looked at the starter cables everything looks good no chew marks or signs of damage, waiting on my buddy to swing by so we can jump my car

Then, my friend, that leaves just one other possibility.....the starter itself....I know, I know. But the is a load issue and starter draw(amps) comes to mind in this scenario. If its a bad starter, it'll drag all the amps trying to turn the motor over.....unless its hydro-locked....just playin. But I would pull the starter and have it benched tested. I would love..no hate to see this one "parted out".

Look, if you replaced the battery, and THROUGHLY checked the battery cables, then with those symptoms it is the starter - or the engine is locked, period.

I don't care if the starter is new. I've got new parts before that were bad.

Put a flex handle or breaker bar on the crank bolt and see if the crank turns.

If the crank turns then pull the starter out of the car and use jumper cables directly off the battery and see if it spins, or take the starter the auto parts place and have them test it.
