For the 5th time, yes they will. The rear seat pans maybe a bit different, but all the MK1 seats are the exact same(except for the mounting points of the rear seats)

As by that they don't unless you mod it..

Your saying they fit but the mountain points are different so how do they fit makes no sense

thanks m8 just about to spend a bit on the seats and knowing my luck they don't fit..

The rear seats are the same size and shape, all you would have to do would be to swap out your OEM seat pans onto the ST170 seat pans. Other problems you might encounter are the seatbelts and airbags. If the seats that you are planning to install are not from the same year, then you will have to switch out the seatbelts and air bags on the front seats.

The fabric on the back of the seat is attached by velcro, pull that up and you should see how to remove the pan

One more thing you might run into is the wiring of the front seats. I switched my stock seats out for SVT seats which would be the equivalent of the ST170, maybe? Anyway, my stock seat plug was square and the SVT seat plug is rectangle:

If your seat plugs are different, you'll need the plugs from the car your getting the seats from. Read this:
