No premium for the Kona package, so whatever similar cars are selling for in your area.

^^ This.

Since it doesn't have the rack or bike, the only thing your really buying special is the side trim and maybe a couple other $10 cosmetic items.

In my area, $2200 would be a good price to haggle down from. Not overpriced but you can get a Focus with less miles on it for lower.

since there is no rack or bike...only thing that makes it any different than a normal zx3 would be rubber floor mats and the side molding that says kona. Just find some comparable's in your area and go from there.
Extras with the Kona Edition

Kona "Blast" mountain bike included

Integrated bike rack

Unique side moldings with "Kona" logo and tire tread design

16" machined aluminum wheels

Black rubber Kona floor mat

Kona seat covers

Silver-faced gauges with red needles

Available in 3 colors: Dirt Metallic (unique to Kona Edition), CD Silver, Rainforest Green

"Kona Edition (2000 Ford Focus ZX3) - 5000 units
- 50% in "Dirt" color, 35% CD Silver, 15% Rainforest Green
- 60% Automatic Transmission, 40% Manual Transmission"
