No extra shipping fee for US and Canada (so it is $20 if you get the early bird).

International (all other countries) add $5 for shipping.

Pinion, here's a pic of the center console in my 2013 Escape. If anyone's wondering, the blue tape is to support the wire at the connector so there isn't a sharp bend, causing a weak spot.

He has a change tray. I don't because my SE Sport has the Winter Package; one of the heated seat dials are where his change tray is on one side and the 12 V plug is in the center.
