im getting 4.7 volts at full volume of clean signal from the HU. Someone tested it out on CACO

not every unit will do the same. the slightest difference in a solder can make the biggest difference in voltage.

Auto TA and EQ

Hey Brandon isnt there such a thing as putting to many volts..........it would just amplify whatever is in the line....I.E. road noise and whatever else you have in the line. I'm running a 3300 bt 4 volt pre outs

I have the 80prs to. loving the deck as far as I have used it. I haven't got to use it in network mode though

My amp only takes up to a 6v signal

hmmmm I wonder what both my amps take....So let me ask you this chase what would happen if you would put more then 6 volts to it?

At first the amps will start clipping, and if you go to far past what the amps need you will blow them out. I know I fried two amps in my younger days until I figured out what i was doing wrong.

Oh and when the amps clip, you can damage the speakers and possibly blow them too.
