Haha check it:
And its resting at 14.1 at moderate listening volume. At full tilt on heavy bass notes it drops to 13.7 but I feel like that is more than acceptable haha
The box is tuned at 33-34hz. For some tens it gets down very good haha. I was going to upgrade to some SA-10's but I decided since I like SQ as well as getting loud when needed I wanted to stay with these for now. Once you start getting around 2000rms SQ is not so bueno lol

Here we can carry on the conversation here so haters dont start nagging in the pic thread lol
Yeah it will definitely help to turn them toward the cabin and seal off the trunk but that side port is what ruins that idea. You should sell those kickers and get some other subs. Kickers are known for requiring too much airspace for the output they give. Get some RE Audio, Sundowns, audio technix, or a number of other subs and you will be amazed! Then you can build a box to seal it off from the trunk. My trunk and spoiler doesnt rattle at all now. Yes it still moves because so much bass is still hitting the front of the car. But there is not a audible rattle like im sure you have also experienced lol

Ok, this has turned into an audio discussion thread. badazz2010focus if you want to make another thread about your spoilers and your spoilers only in here that is fine. But be sure you put your threads in the proper locations.

it's ok chase :) hey why did you go from RE to sundown? also did you dynamat your quarters...i mean to what extent did you dynamat your car? I see you did under the rear seat. :) It appears that my box is huge compared to yours LOL but then again I have 12's, you gave me the idea to seal the trunk off thank you.......but there are so many different damn angles that I have to make a cardboard template I already started with a piece of plywood and I got one side done.

I wanted to go epic and the sundowns did it for me lol. The Re subs were awesome and are not far behind my sundowns but the sundowns are louder and cleaner. Every inch of my trunk has 3 layers of dynamat extreme under the rear seats and rear floor panels has two layers. then all of my doors are done also. I went with tens so my box would not consume my entire trunk. This box actually too big for these sundown 10's my box is 2.8cuft when they only need a total of 2 cuft together. And your welcome man lol. those angle peieces were a pain for me to do at first with cardboard and such then I just went for it and cut the mdf at angles and kept trimming it till it fit just right and tight.
