Vent switch is stuck/jammed?
I just bought an 05 ZX4 and the vent knob is stuck in the floor/defrost mode, It will turn to the right to just "defrost" but WILL NOT budge anywhere towards the left. The heat works....very well. Any help would be appreciated
 .

Mine sticks on my 07 zx3 too. Replaced the havoc control panel on mine and that didn't fix it.

FWIW, B4 getting too deep into diagnosis/repair of what MAY be broken, I'd suggest the "sticky" at the top of this page as a first step to at least TRY a simple fix....
