rear upper control arm

so i'm trying to install some massive adjustable camber arms since my camber is off. the upper bolt on the stock arm on the right side by the gas tank is stuck. it comes out halfway and then won't go anymore even with power tools.

help? i don't want to do any serious work but these need to be put on.

try heating it up, spray some wd40 on it, just work it back and fourth, last resort would be to drop the whole subframe

i don't have a torch and i brought it in to have them do it because i know theres a bolt thats welded on so they would have to get that off, but they didn't want to torch it because it was close to the gas tank and have that explode. i feel like it wouldn't be too big of an issue but obviously they don't want to chance it

A mixture of half acetone half ATF is supposedly the best penetrating lube that exists. I saw test results comparing it to the canned oils. Doesn't have any shelf life at all really
