Fender Roller Loaner Program. If you want to roll your fenders get in here!

Alright, I have had a little rub to long. The only shops near me that can do a fender roll charge 200 dollars. So I just pulled the trigger on the fender roller my self which was $200.00

Now, I will only need to use this once every few years. I would like to help the community out by letting other FF users have access to this after I roll my fenders. I just need to know there is enough of you out there that want to roll your fenders but don't need to own the tool like myself. If there is enough interests I suppose I might take donations to cover some of the costs. I'd like to think we are all honest and this can work, so ya'll weigh in on this working!


I've never organized anything like this so input is welcome on how I can start this.

I would recommend a "large" deposit so you guarantee you get your tool back and in the same condition it left. As much hassle and cost as it will be, it would be wise to ship to the renter and have it shipped back to you so there is no question where the tool is; instead of the renter ship to the next renter.

I've taken part in one of these before...as long as everyone is honest it goes just fine. I paid $40 and shipping to the next person. Split the cost among 5 friends and we had a fender rolling party.

I actually need to do it again and have thought about doing the same thing. My other thought was to just buy one and charge locals to do the work, I'd be much cheaper than anywhere else around town. Had to roll the wife's car with a breaker bar to save the tires, needs a permanent fix.
