2002 wagon se ATCPU
Can anyone tell me if the 02 wagon has a separate CPU for the trans on the 02 SE wagon if so would you know where I can find it?

It's all part of the ECU in the passenger kick panel.

Thank you I have put 2 more in all numbers all match out of same year both of the other cars where wrecked in front end and neither one when I put them in will start my car does that mean they are bad or do I need to get them flashed or something?

The PATS system is in the ECU
You will have to get a Ford dealership or well equipped locksmith to program the ECU to your keys
Be prepared to positively show ID and ownership of the vehicle
