Issues with tatcc1928

Im posting this here just incase this becomes a larger issue than it needs to be.

this member purchased my f2 header and flex. i shipped it out via ups on february 7th. It arrived at the address he provided to me on here via pm on february 12th.

today , the 16th he filed a dispute with my paypal saying he never recieved the package.

here are photos of print offs i got directly from the ups store i shipped the package from.








ive dont hundreds of bst deals on the web for years. never had an issue. im not sure if someone stole the package from his doorstep or something and im sorry if that happend , but i shouldnt be held liable for what happens once the package is delivered.

once it leaves you and the shipping company takes over then its on them not you. i would send paypal the messages that you sent him and he sent you.

Hopefully someone walked off with it... well, hopefully not. Either situation is no good.

You should not be held accountable as it was confirmed delivered. Paypal is real tough though. I've heard plenty of stories where people sell items on ebay and as soon as it ships out or arrives, the buyer marks it as never received. Paypal goes in favor of the buyer 90% of the time anyway.

It does seem a little odd though. If you gave him the tracking number then he would have seen it had arrived on the 12th and known immediately that someone had walked off with it... instead he waited four days then filed a dispute.

I reserve judgment of course until we hear the other side. I'm just bored out of my mind right now.

the thing is , i misplaced the original tracking number reciept. and i told him that i lost it. so he did not have tracking number at all.

When you first shipped it, did you mention when it was supposed to arrive?

My thought process is that someone walked away with it, he didn't know, noticed it isn't going to show and opened a dispute. Granted, he should have tried to contact you first before doing the dispute.

However you have the tracking info now, so that should help clear it up.
