Aftermarket headunit with sirius

I have been searching for what seems like forever and I cannot find a single answer for this question.

I want to (someday) add one of the many aftermarket headunits out there that retain the oe look. I miss my touch screen and nav everytime I get in my Focus. I know you can retain Sync and the steering wheel controls, but does anybody know if there is anything out there that is actually compatable with Sirius? Every headunit I look at doesnt say a thing about it, and it is kind of a dealbreaker for me.

I would prefer one like those but they aren't what I am looking for. I want something that looks oe. Going with something like that and the metra kit is perfect because its achieving exactly what I want but I don't want the 3.5" screen since its pretty much useless after you go that route.
