You are the third person to tell me that lol. I wasnt aware that there was that option. Mine had standard bulbs, but now its nice and sexy with the leds. Simple upgrade.

Yea, i am going to do a wrap, but i just wanted to see if it is something i would like. The plastidip is cheap, and it gives me a general idea of what it would look like. I am just toying around with looks right now, and being that it is easily removed, i can mess around with different looks.

Been a while since i posted an update. I peeled the black off of the roof. I have added fogs, which was an ebay kit and i am quite happy with the turnout, and i did VHT tint on the tail lights. I removed the plasti dip smoke off of them, which i will never use the smoke product again.

If you scroll towards the bottom you will see the tail light tint on the car. I am in the area self promoting my work if anyone wants any work done :)

actually I was planning on having my wheels painted... but...
I have plasti-dip on there right now that I actually want to re-do, and am thinking maybe going with that option for now while I save up $ for real paint.

I plastidiped mine.. I wanted a gloss look but it ended up looking more matte. I think I didn't spray it hard enough.
heres mine

Maybe you could help me out with it? to get it just right? I plastidipped the lugs blue on top of some black.

I want blue brake calipers too but am unsure if plastidip is safe?

Is it that bad? I prefer a smooth factory look if I tint my tails, the plastidip stuff was kinda what I expected but at least it's easy to remove but I think I'll go with the VHT stuff.

Out of curiosity How many cans of dip did you use on the roof?

This was a rush job, but i used about 2 cans. It was thin in the middle. It still peeled very easily because i only had it on there for about 2 weeks.

The smoke plasti dip is a terrible product. I had 5 coats of it on the tail lights. It had been on there about 6 months. I had to soak my tail lights in wd40 to loosen the smoke up, and it still took me over 3 hours to get them completely clean. Because of this i wont use smoke again.
