that's a 48mm inducer and 54mm exducer, quick spool no water needed good price and very reliable, make sure even with journal bearing turbos to use a restrictor

no its all through e mail with datalogs with your laptop. tom will take over your computer the first time to walk you through so that eerytime after that it will be a piece of cake, a pcv delete is a must just with going turbo, no matter the manifold. and the restrictor size for journal bearing is .065

stock pump and bap will support around 350whp
stock zetec engine is good for about 220-250whp reliably boost will be around 10-15psi depending on how efficient your set up is tom's tune will not disappoint, he knows what he's doing precision turbos are a good turbo and are about as cheap as you can get a good turbo. to bad your doing your turbo set up now cause in a few months i'll have a kit out that would have saved you time and money pcv delete is not necessary for boost. it is best to delete it and run a breather can but a simple catch can to keep oil out of the intake will work. however i do not know that it will fit with the spa manifold anyway Tim

The plate will touch the turbo and cause irritating smoke

the 255 pump was not designed to be used with a returnless system like the focus uses. you have to switch to return style if you going with a pump like that. a pump like the 255 was designed to work with steady voltage. i didnt design them so im not sure of the reason but if you use it the gears inside the pump will wear out fast and it will fail. there is a high flow pump that works with a returnless system but i have not seen any one use it with the focus, its pretty expensive and most people that are going for over 350whp just switch to a return system
