Zetec turbo

I really need help !
The head on my 2.0l zetec blacktop focus (01) plate has gone and now that i need a new engine i be aswell sticking a turbo in it i found a 1.8 blacktop with the internals beefed up to run the turbo do i need a new loom and ecu im hoping to buy just a standard 2.0l engine so can i chop and change the parts from the 2.0l and the 1.8 to make a 2.0l zetec turbo !

hey mate! check out passionford which is a UK based site. this is a USA based site. They may be of more help than us yanks to your crazy plate and emissions/MOT checks.

That said, pumaspeed or somebody over on that side of the pond should be able to map your current ECU and loom (wiring harness) to run a turbo. youll need bigger injectors, the exhaust mani, turbo, down pipe, cat, and charge piping plus the various oil, vacuum and coupling fittings.
