disabled driver cannot lift boot open
hi
we have problem ,unable to open the boot when it is unlocked due to muscular weakness, been quoted £1600 for automatic opening kit fitted,but want cheaper alternative....can we buy new more powerful gas struts to provide the power to get boot lifted open, only need a bit of extra help to get boot open

we can put a rubber strap on the interior handle

Mite be abit tough to pull back down my boot is standard and thats enough for me :-)
