Recommend me an inexpensive QUIET muffler

My resonator rusted and broke off so I’m just running the stock muffler. The car is loud and I’m sure my muffler is shot.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a quieter then stock muffler so I don’t have to put a new resonator back on to tame this beast?

What about a semi muffler? haha...

Alright, i'll just pick up the longest, most chambered muffler that I can find and that will fit.

just ask a auto parts store, they always have cheap mufflers because they aren't selling quality mufflers that sound nice.

a potato? jk. stock will be your quietest. you could work another muffler in somewhere else too, to quiet it. where there's a will, there's a way. you'll just end up sacrificing some performance though, if that's worth the quiet ride

I know the local autoparts stores sell dynomax mufflers. They are pretty quiet and not bad quality.

Have a glasspack welded on before the muffler. You can get one for about 30 bucks, get the longest one you can find.
