slave cylinder

I recently did a clutch on my 02 zx3, about two weeks later the slave blew. I I took it to a shop to have it done (after a warranty on the entire clutch). Not even a moth later the slave is blown again im 99% certain. Any reason these would keep blowing? Im not excited to pull the trans again and I am contemplating pulling the engine out with it and ixing the other 900 problems it is having.
