yes sir, exactly what it is.. just i have grinded and sanded it down so its smooth and looks uniform

I've wanted to do something similar with a lot of the surfaces like that, how hard was it to sand time/how long?

Sanding the top(picture one) isnt hard.. i used a 60 grit 3M sanding sponge. The hard parts were sanding the front.. so that the lines were gone and it was even. I had to use a dremel drill type tool, with little sanding drums and sanding discs to grind down the plastic
